Customer Service Representative


  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Checking products for compliance with the customer’s requirements
  • Checking products for damage
  • Working with international delivery services, such as FedEx and UPS
  • Maintain customer databases
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
  • Word processing skills
  • Adequate numeric, oral and written language abilities
