We need to identify who is making the purchase and be able to contact you, including sending you your statement via email.

 

I Just Bought Something. When Do I Pay for It?

If you are approved for the Pay After Delivery service, you can choose to pay when your purchase is delivered to you. We wait for two weeks after the online store has sent your items before billing you. When we bill you, we will send you an email that has the instructions you need to make your payment AND a URL you can click to take you right to the payment page. Type in your Statement Number, and follow the instructions. It’s that easy.

 

Oops! I Forgot to Make a Payment

Life happens. We will send you an email to remind you that a payment is due, but if you are late with a payment, we are still happy to take your money. You may have to pay a penalty fee for late payments.

 

I Can’t Find the Email You Sent

Yes, you need the Statement Number to pay your bill. If you can’t find the email we sent you, no problem! Just log in to your account and find it there, or call our Customer Service team. They will be happy to assist you.

 

How can I ensure that I make a payment at the right time and don’t go past deadline?

Payment should, theoretically, take place within two weeks after your goods have been dispatched. We will send you a notification a couple of days before YOUR PAYMENT IS DUE We will send you these notifications so you can plan ahead and avoid potential late payment penalty charges. If your goods have not been delivered within two weeks, please contact the shop where you bought your goods and Ocean Ecommerce, to make sure we extend your payment deadline.

 

How do I pay by a bank transfer?

You can transfer funds to settle a bill by selecting the “Pay after delivery” option. Just choose "Bank Transfer" when you log in to your account so you can settle your invoice. Choose "Bank Transfer" as your preferred payment method and read the invoice. It will contain all the information you require to make a bank transfer. Also, you can visit your local branch to make a payment. When you log in to your account to settle an invoice, Ocean Ecommerce gives you a unique payment number that matches your statement. This code helps us identify your payment. Please take into account that should you choose to pay via bank transfer, it can take up to three business days for the payment to clear
